Les vastes jardins avec court de tennis, terrain de pétanque et piscine à débordement offrent des vues imprenables sur la mer Méditerranée, créant ainsi une toile de fond idyllique pour des sessions de travail, de relaxation ou d’activités sportives/teambuilding. Deux salles de réunion entièrement équipées complètent ce lieu de séminaire. A quelques minutes à pied, la propriété Homanie Cap d’Azur permet d’accueillir 46 personnes supplémentaires offrant ainsi une capacité totale de 66 personnes pour un séminaire résidentiel.
