La villa est idéalement située au sein du domaine du Cap Bénat qui offre des activités de séminaire variées. Domaine privé et classé depuis 1976, il est situé sur une pointe rocheuse sur le littoral méditerranéen et offre de splendides randonnées sur le côté ouest du cap.
