This Napoleon III château, located between Toulon and Hyères on the Mediterranean coast of the Côte d'Azur, was built in the 19th century. Redecorated in the 90s by a renowned architect, this exceptional residence boasts 11 spacious bedrooms with individual bathrooms, as well as spacious living areas: a very large living room, an immense library, a professional kitchen, a summer kitchen, a winter garden and a large hall equipped for your meetings, making it the ideal venue for a seminar by the sea. The landscaped grounds extend over three hectares and feature 2 swimming pools, a sea-view jacuzzi, a wellness area, and a private cove with on-site nautical center (offering a multitude of activities). Two annexes on the grounds complete the villa, offering a total of 22 bedrooms that can accommodate a total of 46 guests .

In July and August, it is not possible to rent the cottage or bastide alone. Only the entire estate can be rented.
