Ce château Napoléon III, situé entre Toulon et Hyères au bord de la Méditerranée en Côte d’Azur, a été construit au XIXème siècle. Redécoré dans les années 90 par un architecte de renom, cette demeure d’exception dispose de 11 chambres spacieuses avec salles de bain individuelles et de vastes pièces de vie : un très grand salon, une immense bibliothèque, une cuisine professionnelle, une cuisine d’été, un jardin d’hiver et un grand hall équipé pour vos réunions, ce qui en fait le lieu de séminaire idéal pour un séminaire en bord de mer. Le parc paysager s’étend sur trois hectares et dispose de 2 piscines, d’un jacuzzi vue mer, d’un espace wellness, et d’une crique privée avec centre nautique sur place (proposant une multitude d’activités). Deux annexes, présentes sur le parc, complètent la villa, offrant à la location un total de 22 chambres pouvant accueillir 46 personnes au total.

In July and August, it is not possible to rent the cottage or bastide alone. Only the entire estate can be rented.
