A beautiful century-old building houses 3 bedrooms, 5 apartments and a small, light-filled house that can accommodate up to 22 guests guests. Its wellness area with indoor pool, sauna, hammam, cold bath, massage room and yoga room will delight guests before a relaxing evening by the fire. Adjacent is a small outbuilding with 2 bedrooms , one of which is PRM. A few yards away, a chateau with 7 bedrooms and vast living spaces where old and contemporary styles meet can also be privatized. Heated swimming pool, gym, winter garden, sauna and hammam complete this second home of unrivalled charm. The estate is available all year round for seasonal rentals, business and private events. The gîte and château can be rented separately or together.
