This Napoleon III château on the Mediterranean coast between Toulon and Hyères was built in the 19th century. Redecorated in the 90s by a renowned architect, this exceptional residence comprises 3 buildings. The main villa features 11 spacious bedrooms , each with en-suite bathroom, as well as vast living areas: a very large living room, an immense library, a professional kitchen, a summer kitchen and a winter garden. Two annexes complete this property: the bastide offers 6 bedrooms, a TV lounge with sofa bed and 1 studio (on request) with a 10m swimming corridor, and the cottage has 5 bedrooms. The landscaped grounds extend over three hectares and slope gently down to a private cove. The estate boasts a swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi with sea view and a nautical center offering a multitude of activities: paddle, snorkeling, wing-foil, e-foil, kitesurfing...

The surrounding area
Porquerolles
In only 20 minutes by car or by train, you are in Hyères or Toulon to discover all their treasures. A little further, a visit to Marseille and its cathedral overlooking the waters is a must.
Hyères, a medieval town with colorful markets, is a typical Provence town. Hike along the coast, stroll through one of its 4 remarkable gardens or take in a cultural tour... Hyères offers activities for all generations.
Toulon and its pretty port are also worth a visit. This historic seafaring town is full of charming districts with a strong identity.
If you take a boat from Hyères, you will reach Porquerolles with its fine sandy beaches and turquoise waters. A little further on, the beaches of Port-Cros and the island of Giens are small terrestrial paradises not to be missed.
