The 60m2 of reception rooms and kitchen open onto the garden, allowing you to take full advantage of nature and the sun. The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including a magnificent 60m2 master suite that occupies the entire second floor, as well as an independent studio in the courtyard with kitchen and bathroom (available as an extra on certain dates). In the basement, a cinema lounge and a vast laundry room complete this charming ensemble. The house has a paved courtyard for parking a car, as well as a 350m2 garden planted with trees, which is not overlooked and is very quiet.
