Situated in the heart of the authentic village of Megève, this chalet is ideally located for doing everything on foot: shopping in the prestigious boutiques, accessing the slopes, going out in the chic bars or restaurants. It welcomes you in its new 400m2 setting, combining modernity and exclusivity. Spread over three floors, its ground-floor living space of over 100m2, including lounge with fireplace, bar, kitchen and dining room, opens onto a large garden. The chalet has 6 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with a living area that converts to a bedroom double, and a family suite with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. A relaxation area with swim spa, hammam, sauna and home cinema offers rest and comfort after a day's skiing or hiking. The chalet also includes an independent studio for staff accommodation.

Another large 7 bedroom chalet, Homanie-Megève Village, located opposite is also available for rent (by the same owner).
