Nestled in the heart of the Mont Blanc region, this village offers a combination of mountain and alpine sports and hydrotherapy. Saint-Gervais is the gateway to the Evasion Mont Blanc ski resort and its 445 km of pistes.
It is from the village of Saint-Gervais-les-Bains that the Mont Blanc tramway leaves. In summer, this train, the highest in France, offers magnificent views of the Mont Blanc range. It leads to the Nid d'Aigle, at 2,372 m, and to the Bionnassay glacier. In winter, this train takes skiers to the Bellevue plateau.
A 15 minute drive away, the village of Megève with its many chic rustic chalets, its pedestrian center made of medieval cobblestone streets, its luxury hotels and designer boutiques offers all the assets of a prestigious 4-season resort. A little further on, discover the villages of Contamines Montjoie and Chamonix, small earthly paradises not to be missed. In summer, swim in the Annecy lake located at 1h15 by car from the hamlet.
