Just 30 meters from the main beach, as well as restaurants and craft stores, the privileged location of this bourgeois house allows you to take full advantage of Cadaqués' lively activities. A tree-lined garden with several terraces offers total privacy and is a veritable oasis of greenery in the heart of the village.

Village of Cadaqués
Cadaqués is a stunningly white fishing village nestled on the Cap de Creus peninsula on Spain's Costa Brava. Situated close to the French border, this last Spanish village is famous for its narrow cobbled streets and charming whitewashed houses, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea. Dominating the village, a 17th-century church houses a remarkable Baroque altar, adding a historic touch to this idyllic setting.
Since the 1950s, Cadaqués has become a cultural mecca, attracting renowned artists such as Marcel Duchamp, Man Ray and Picasso. Fascinated by the region's exceptional light and stunning landscapes, Salvador Dalí, an emblematic figure of art at the time, set up his famous studio here. This studio, located in Port Lligat close to the property, was later transformed into a museum, testifying to Dalí's lasting imprint on the village.
